However, Publishing house Atlasi assumes no responsibility for any damages or loss of profits in connection with the use of atlasi.bg or for the temporary inability to access this website when it is due to objective reasons.
Featured products of Publishing house Atlasi at the website are subject to national and international legislation on copyright protection.
Publications or parts thereof may not be reproduced for any purpose, in any form or by any means nor translated into another language without the prior written consent of the Publishing house Atlasi.
When ordering a product subscription on this site it will be necessary to fill out information about yourself and/or the person on whose behalf you make an order (e.g. name, address, phone number, e-mail address, Uniform identification number, etc.). II. General terms of use of on-line products

1. Agreement for use
1.1 This Agreement sets the relationship between "Publishing house Atlasi" Ltd., UIC No 131084887 referred to as Publishing house, on the one hand and any person granted access to paid on-line product, by subscription, for brevity referred to subscribed user.
1.2 Each subscribed user who has access to on-line product agrees with the general terms.

2. General provisions
2.1 These general provisions govern the general rules for use of the on-line products presented on the website of the Publishing house, accessible via the Internet.
2.2 Obligation of each client of the Publishing house is to visit this page periodically to get acquainted with the updated general terms because they are binding on him.
2.3 To all on-line products there are content and instructions for use.
2.4. Method for providing of on-line products.
2.4.1 On-line products are property of the Publishing house and are available to users only on-line. Gaining access to paid on-line product becomes after subscribing. For each product there is purchasing a separate subscription. Subscribing is done only on-line.
2.4.2 On-line subscription is purchased on the website of Publishing house Atlasi (www.atlasi.bg), by completing the registration form and making payment. Payment is made on-line through e-Pay system or BORICA, Maestro, MasterCard and VISA cards or by entering of a preliminary purchased code. After successful payment you become subscribed user and automatically receive access to the on-line product for which you have subscribed with e-mail and password specified by you.
2.4.3 Preliminary there can be bought a code for payment from the office of the Publishing house or from authorized dealers. With one code can be paid subscription for only one on-line product.
2.4.4 The code can be used to pay for a subscription only once for one on-line product. Its re-use is invalid.
2.4.5 To use the purchased subscription, the subscribed user enters the website of the Publishing house through an Entry for registered users with the said e-mail and password in the registration form.
2.5 The copyrights of on-line products (cards, content, graphic design software) are property of Publishing house Atlasi.
2.6 With the subscription the subscribed user gets the right to use the product only on-line. He has no right to download it, to save, copy, and provide it to other persons and spread. He does not acquire ownership over the information, software code, design and graphics, as well as all other elements of the product.

3. Prices, terms of payment and period of subscription
3.1 The price of a subscription for each on-line product is published in the Tariff.
3.2 The period of the subscription is for 1 (one) year from the date of receipt of access.
3.3. Payment shall be made:
3.3.1 Electronic through e-Pay system.
3.3.2 Electronic with BORICA, Maestro, MasterCard, VISA cards.
3.3.3 Electronic through entering of preliminary purchased code.

4. Provision of information and personal data protection
4.1 Upon registration for subscription for on-line product at the website of the Publishing house you will need to fill out information about yourself and/or the person on whose behalf you make the subscription (e.g. name, address, phone number, e-mail address, UIC etc.). All the personal information specified by you is subject to protection under the Personal Data Protection Act and the sole purpose of their collection is to be served correctly. For wrongly entered data Publishing house Atlasi is not responsible.
4.2 Any communication or information you send to the site (feedback, questions, comments, suggestions, notes, etc.) will be considered non-confidential and without copyright.

5. Responsibilities
5.1 Information provided in the on-line products is only for interactive, educational and informational purposes.
5.2 The content presented on interactive maps is generalized. The evaluation system is precise by criteria of Publishing house Atlasi, but does not claim formality.
5.3 Publishing house Atlasi reserves the right to alter without notice the contents of the on-line products, independently of an agreement already in force signed by subscription. For example, when debugging, objective change of facts, circumstances, statistics, and other.
5.4 Publishing house Atlasi assumes no responsibility for any damages or loss of profits in connection with the use of these on-line products, including through the Internet or temporary inability to access them.

6. Technical requirements for use of on-line products
6.1 For technical undisturbed use of on-line products it is necessary devices by which the subscription is used to meet the following minimum specifications: P4 2GHz or compatible, 1GB RAM, video and sound card, operating system Windows XP or newer, Internet browsers Internet Explorer 8 (9), Firefox 3.5 or higher, Google Chrome 11 or higher, higher version Adobe Flash Player. Products can be used best with monitors set to a resolution of 1280x1024 pixels at minimum steady speed internet connection of 2.5Mb/s.
6.2 Publishing house is not responsible for work with the on-line products, if the computer used by the subscribed user do not meet the technical requirements for the use of on-line products.
6.3 Publishing house Atlasi is not responsible for unsatisfactory use the subscription caused by the non meeting of these technical requirements and due to reasons beyond the control of the Publishing house.
6.4 Publishing house is not responsible for the work with the on-line products, if the subscribed user not complied with requirements for installation and operation of software.

7. Other
7.1 These conditions take effect from 01.09.2012

III. General terms for purchase of products on paper through the website of the Publishing house

1. General provisions
1.1 These general rules are to regulate the general procedure for the purchase of products on paper presented on the website of the Publishing house.
1.2 Obligation of each client of Publishing house Atlasi is to visit this site periodically to get acquainted with the updated general terms because they are binding on him.
1.3 Ordering of products to be made after gathering of sufficient information.

2. Way to purchase products
2.1 To purchase one or more products it is necessary to place an order for them by:
- Clicking on the BUY NOW button (below the image on the cover of the product);
- Upon successful order made on the screen appears respectively message: "The product is added to the basket."
- After completing selection of products, click on the BASKET button to check products ready for ordering (title, quantity, price, etc.)
- If you want to remove already ordered product (before you send the order) click on RED CROSS against the product;
- If you want to add a product to the already selected (before you send the order), return to the PRODUCTS menu and select the desired product;
- After the final selection of products, click on the SEND ORDER button. Button to send the order is activated only if you have accepted the general terms.
2.2 When ordering products on the site of the Publishing house it will be necessary to fill out information about yourself and/or the person on whose behalf you make the order (e.g. name, address, phone number, e-mail address, UIC, payment etc.). All the personal information you specify is subject to protection under the Personal Data Protection Act of and the sole purpose of their collection is to be served correctly. For wrongly entered data Publishing house is not responsible.
2.3 The delivery of the ordered products to the client is made by "Bulgarian Posts" or other courier companies. Client must specify preferencies for a courier company.
2.4 Postal delivery costs are borne by the client.
2.5 The delivery is received by the party made the order cash on delivery.
2.6 The delivery time is 3 to 5 working days for the territory of Bulgaria.
2.7 Orders are executed only when there are available quantities. In case of impossibility to realize the order the client receives a message to the e-mail specified by him.
2.8 For wrong and incomplete entered data Publishing house is not responsible for non realization of the order.

3. Prices
3.1. Prices of the products listed on the website of the Publishing house are in Bulgarian Leva per 1 (one) piece VAT included.
3.2. Publishing house reserves the right to change without notice product prices and general terms for purchase of products on paper through the website of the Publishing house.

4. Other
4.1 These conditions take effect from 01.09.2012
